CLIMATE CONTROL FANCOM
Fancom
Air System is Fancomdealer in Italy for the mushroom cultivation. Fancom technology is leader in the air conditioning market to producecompost and mushroom cultivation, continuous innovation allows farms to improving product quality and reducing the production costs.
Computer Fancom 751 (Phase I)
The control unit 751 regulates the climate in the 4 phases of fermentation of the compost in one or two bunkers, the controls are the following:
Compost temperature
Oxygen
Aeration control with variable timing
Control mixed air or heating
Control of the pressure of air flow and extraction air on tunnel
Computer Fancom 750 (FASE II-III)
The control unit 750 regulates the climate in the 11 phases of pasteurization and incubation of the compost in one or two tunnels, the controls are the following:
Compost temperature
Ambient air temperature
Relative humidity and air oxygen
Ventilation and mixing damper
Centralized channel
Thermoregulation for unit air handling
Computer Fancom 765 (cultivation)
The control unit 765 regulates the climate in the 13 phases of cultivation of the compost in one or two rooms, the controls are the following:
Compost temperature
Ambient air temperature
Relative humidity , absolute and deficits humidity
Oxygen
Ventilation and mixing damper
Centralized channel
Thermoregulation for unit air handling
Computer Fancom mux 8/16
The computer MUX 8/16 measures and controls the CO2 concentration within each growing room and also the outdoor value, using an electronic sensor with scale 0-5'000 ppm / ppm 0-10'000 .The computer analyzes the co2 and communicates to control units connected in the network.
FarmManager
FarmManager™, is Fancom’sPCmanagement program.
FarmManagergivesyou instant access, day and night, to alltheFancom control computers on yourfarm. View, control and analyse all theoperational processes from behind the PC.And if necessary adjust the control computersettings to improve results even more. Theresult is a perfect overview of the entire farm,
with no detail left to chance.
FarmManager stores all data from the process computers and presents it in clear tables and graphs.
